We accept authorized returns within seven calendar days of the buyer receiving the product unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
If an ordered item is later deemed unwanted, the UNUSED item can be returned to us for a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. Return the item in brand-new condition, complete with original packaging, and it will be accepted as a return.
We accept replacement within 60 days from receiving them. The warranty is limited to defective parts only. If we cannot acquire a replacement, an original purchaser will issue a full refund after delivery of the material to our specified yard address.
Delivery, in general, is within 3-10 business days within the continental United States.
Upon delivery, Please examine your package and inform the carrier immediately if the package has arrived damaged or tampered with. We can also be contacted by our customer service for further processing. Once you accept the package, satisfactory delivery is confirmed.
To return a product, the original packaging must be present, and it cannot be returned to the sender without written permission from usedengine.shop. We will replace or credit it as appropriate if and when we have received and inspected the item.
